Yes, all new guests begin with a consultation so I can assess your hair’s health, understand your goals, and recommend the perfect service.
What’s the difference between balayage, highlights, and babylights?
In short balayage gives a soft, natural blend; highlights create brighter dimension; babylights are ultra-fine highlights for a sun-kissed glow. I’ll guide you toward what’s best for your lifestyle and hair health.

How should I prepare for my visit?
Arrive with dry, clean hair and bring photos of looks you love (or even ones you don’t) to help guide our discussion.
Can I wash my hair the day of the appointment?
Yes, please do. Clean hair allows color to adhere evenly.

How do I maintain my hair color?
I’ll give you a custom at-home care plan, but typically it includes sulfate-free shampoo, heat protection, and regular toning or gloss refreshes.
How often should I return for maintenance?
For color longevity, every 8–12 weeks is ideal. We can adjust based on your hair goals and lifestyle.
